This depends how big your project is. We split up the costs over Storage, Quality Checking, Installation period, and other additional fees like parking, hoisting and insurance. We can tell you that were not the cheapest service as we spend money on making our service great for our clients. But we’re not the most expensive out there either.
Spring Box are fully insured to transport your goods (new or used). We’re also members of Move Assured (movers and storers accreditation), so you can have full peace of mind that our professional installers know exactly how to look after your beloved possessions en route.
Yes, Spring Box offers service to collect goods. Upon doing so we usually take photos the existing condition and expertly wrap the furniture to make sure it will not be damaged during transport.
Our warehouse is located at our office in CR4 4FG and is open Monday to Friday between 8-4pm. We have good access for arctic trucks and have forklift and warehouse staff for offloading. We do not shut at lunchtime like some competitors and request to be notified before receiving goods. We don’t transport or store live animals 🙂
yes, we can deliver to anywhere in the UK. With planned routes on a regular basis to certain parts of the country, we can schedule deliveries in far in advance.
First two weeks of storage is free for white glove deliveries. This is not the same for bigger FF&E installations.
Your storage costs depend on how much volume you have to store. Any project that has more than two bedrooms can be surveyed by us to work out an accurate quote.
We have a volume calculator that we also use to add up the volume before quoting.
We offer a one-stop shop service where we offer to take care of as much as possible for the clients. WE have contractors who we trust and use all the time to come and help with these types of services if we can’t. Yes, this is something all our staff are trained how to do. We come with all the gear and kit required to carry out the fixing and leave with customer satisfaction everytime.
We take an initial payment to secure your storage collection and then the day after we require you to set up a direct debit through us that takes payment on a monthly basis. Your payments will come out at the start of each month.
Storage insurance gives you peace of mind that, in the highly unlikely event of damage, fire or theft, you can claim for your items and you won’t be out of pocket. We highly recommend this as the cover is generous for a small monthly payment.
